this was 95% finished for quite a while, and my buddy Snowman has been bugging me to finish it ever since. So I did. the user pic is in the folder, and if you set your desktop color to black, (no wallpaper) there is an interesting effect on the shutdown dialog, which you can see in the screenshot. There is a wallpaper to match for those who need one.

There are already matching DX themes for this
skin in the DX section at Wincustomize. they
are for 1024 and 1280 resolutions, and they
are highly animated. I hope you find this a little
different from the usual fare.

*UPDATE*:Now Includes a dark gold substyle. Start menu text more readable now. and rolls up on right click. Fixed the taskbar issues, and the start menu item that Snowman pointed out to me. *END* I always liked my Vector 4 DX theme, so I decided to make a WB skin to match it. It has been quite a challenge to make a usable skin from those original graphics, but I am very happy with the result as it turned out quite minimalistic in use. I decided to use text for the titlebar buttons to match the way the DX theme is set up, and I think it really adds to the finished skin. If you would like the DX theme, (almost visible in the screenshot) you can get it here
